Join Latina Exchange for La Mesa Que Construimos, our second annual holiday gala celebrating the women who are building, growing, and shaping Chicago’s Latina professional community.
Year One was just the beginning.
Together, we hosted 15 sold-out dinners, welcomed over 400 Latinas into our community, grew our Instagram community to 2,200+ women, and gathered 143 Latinas for our inaugural gala at the Chicago Union League Club.
Now, we’re opening Year Two by celebrating what we’ve built and the women who continue to build it with us.

Whether you're a seasoned executive or just launching your journey, this is your space to build powerful relationships rooted in authenticity, wisdom and mutual support.
This month, we'll be featuring women entrepreneurship - not just the highlight reel, but the real stories behind what it takes to start and scale.
We’re bringing back a special experience for this dinner: A curated mini marketplace + founder spotlight featuring 3–5 Latina entrepreneurs from our community.
Each featured founder will:
✨ Share how they launched their business
✨ Open up about their biggest mistake
✨ Reflect on the best decision they’ve made so far
You’ll also have the chance to explore their businesses through a small, thoughtfully curated marketplace setup - making it easy to connect, support, and discover incredible brands within our own network.
Beyond the spotlight, this is still the Latina Exchange dinner you know and love: An intimate space where every woman has the opportunity to introduce herself, share what she’s working on, and build meaningful connections.
